So helpful, and quick to respond. Seemed very knowledgeable, as well. We called them because our well stopped pumping on a Saturday evening, and our neighbors recommended these guys to us. So their office was unfortunately already closed, but their voice message told us we could make an appointment online. Unfortunately, the earliest appointment wasn't until Monday afternoon, but I went ahead and grabbed it. Fortunately, they called us on Sunday and said they would send someone out early Monday morning instead, since we had no water. So they showed up the next morning and confirmed the submerged pump was not communicating back to them, and they had a team out that afternoon to replace it. Then about a week and a half later, on a Friday evening, it stopped working again. So my husband tried fiddling with a few things and lo and behold it started working again. Then the following Friday morning, it stopped again! So I tried fiddling with it like my husband had, but with no luck. So I called these guys up and told them we had no water again, and the operator said she'd let the team know. But then it just randomly started working again before the plumber called back, so I told them it was working again but they decided to come out and take a look anyway to try to figure out why it was randomly cutting off and coming back on again. Well, apparently the pressure switch thing was shorting out. So they replaced that and said they probably wouldn't even charge us for it! So relieved, because replacing the submersible pump was already approx. $1k, so I was starting to get a bit stressed about our budget. So here we are heading into another weekend, and so far so good. Hopefully no more last-minute emergency issues as the weekend approaches, but I think we're finally good, now 🤔.
